On Sunday night, November 20th, 2016, Grace Life Senatobia will have our first public Worship Service at the Senatobia Library at 6:00 pm. This will be the beginning of periodic Worship services until our official “launch.” A praise and worship team, led by Glenn Herring will lead us in singing songs that exalt our glorious Savior, Jesus Christ. We will sing songs that focus on God’s grace and new life that is found in Christ. After we sing and pray, Chris Twilley will preach on the theme – “Why Two Crosses?” This message from Mark 8 will explain why the logo for Grace Life contains only two crosses.
Cell group meetings are happening every Wednesday night at the Senatobia library at 6:00 pm. This small group bible study is a journey through the book of Galatians. The group discussion is focused on application to our lives with a time of prayer as well. A sermon link is posted each week in preparation for the week’s discussion. Here is a link to the messages that have been shared so far Galatians. The theme of the book of Galatians is “Freedom in Christ” and it is our prayer that people will come to know the freedom that is found in Jesus. This foundational theme sets the course and direction of our new church. Galatians 2:20-21 says, “20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. 21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”
