On November 15th at 3:00 pm, Grace Life Church of Senatobia will host a “Membership Information Class.”
This is a class for prospective members and just anyone who wants to know more about the church. In this class we will discuss the Vision, Value and Commitments of Grace Life Church.
- Vision: “Grace Life strives to be a Christ Centered Church.” We will discuss what it means to be Christ centered in all that we do. We will discuss the Miracle of Conversion (John 3) and how this biblical understanding is different from the “Decisionism” and “Easy believism” of our day (Matthew 7:21-23).
- Values: What are the beliefs of Grace Life Church? We will discuss the importance of being Glory of God focused and biblically healthy. We will also look at the doctrinal statement of Grace Life Church.
- Commitment: When a person commits to be a member, exactly what are they committing to? Sadly, in the typical church only 25% of members are actually committed to the life of the church. We will discuss membership privileges and responsibilities.
- Questions: This is a time for people to ask any question that they have about the church.
At this point we have people committed to the class, let us know if you would like to attend and we can have copies of materials that are needed.
